The Importance of Recruiting

This article is to make you fully inspired and be aware of the importance of recruiting in any business that you currently promote. You must find people to join in your business and become part of your downline (organization). Without that you can not succeed in any opportunity.

The lack of recruiting continues to be greatest liability of most marketers. Wishy-Washy recruiting often means little growth or no growth at all. Regardless of how you recruit, involving friends, ads, or direct mail, you need to do it! You can not rely on others to do it for you, so JUST DO IT!

Please note that whatever opportunity you decide to join, you will not make one red cent if no effort is made to promote your particular opportunity. ALL members in your organization must rcrit

Many join and hope or expect others to do the recruiting, that does not work! Everyone must do their fair share. it takes the collective effort of all members to earn thousands of dollars. There is no room for slackers. We must all work.

If recruiting two people would make you a great deal of money, would you relent on doing the work? Probably not, especially if you knew it would happen. The trouble is it will not happen if you and those after you do not do the work. Any business will work if you work the plan consistently. No business will succeed if you do not work, its just that plan simple!


Do whatever it takes! to find the number of people necessary to make your opportunity work. it doesn't matter if you need two people of two dozen people. Once you get over the hurdle and find two, you will discover that consistent effort will get any number of people that you want

You have been made aware of the importance of recruiting. Hopefully, if you can not adhere to what you have just been made aware of you will not join and waste the time and effort of your sponsor.
